LCE LLC was incorporated in Miami with an advisory office in Geneva. Not by accident. The two cities represent something specific: the agility and incorporation infrastructure of the American market, and the discretion, financial depth, and regulatory fluency of the Swiss ecosystem. Most of our clients need both.
Why we exist
The world's most capable entrepreneurs and families deserve advisors who think at the same level they do. Across jurisdictions. Across asset classes. Across decades. That is not what most of the market provides.
What the market provides is generalist counsel that stops at the border, off-the-shelf structures built for an average client, and junior analysts who disappear after the engagement closes. We built LCE LLC as the alternative to that.
We remain deliberately small. Our client list is selective, every mandate is led by a principal, and we do not take on more work than we can execute properly. That is not a growth constraint. That is the service.

Every mandate, every conversation, every structure is handled with absolute confidentiality. That is not a policy. It is the foundation of the practice.

We do not produce templated advice. Every structure is built on a rigorous analysis of your specific situation, domicile, and long-term objectives.

If a structure we designed does not perform as intended, we fix it. No re-engagement fee. No explanation required. That is what it means to be accountable for the work.
04 · Long horizon
Structures that make sense today but collapse under regulatory change in five years are not good structures. We design for the long arc, including the parts the client cannot see yet.

Our principal office and legal domicile. Miami gives us direct access to North and Latin American incorporation infrastructure, US regulatory frameworks, and the banking relationships that make cross-border operations work.
Advisory Office
Geneva anchors our European and international advisory practice. The city's private banking infrastructure, FINMA-adjacent regulatory environment, and concentration of family offices make it the natural base for our international client work.
